§ 38-48. Technology fund.

There is hereby created a fund to be known as the municipal court technology fund. Each defendant convicted of a misdemeanor offense in the municipal court of the city is hereby required to pay a $4.00 technology fee as cost of court. Provided, however, such fund may only be expended for one or more of the purposes specified in Vernon's Ann. C.C.P. art. 102.0172(d).
