§ 38-47. Building security fund.

There is hereby created a fund to be known as the municipal court building security fund. Each defendant convicted of a misdemeanor offense in the municipal court of the city is hereby required to pay a $3.00 security fee as cost of court. Provided, however, such fund may only be expended for one or more of the purposes specified in Vernon's Ann. C.C.P. art. 102.017.
