§ 38-32. Powers, rights and duties of court.

Where applicable to the jurisdiction of such court, the municipal court shall have all the powers, rights and duties of courts of justices of the peace, except as otherwise provided, and shall be governed in its actions by the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure.
