The planning and zoning commission of the city, appointed pursuant to the provisions
of section 14.03 of the Charter, shall have all the powers, duties, responsibilities and authorities
set forth in article XIV of the Charter, the Zoning Enabling Act of the state, adopted
as V.T.C.A., Local Government Code ch. 211, and all other relevant authorities prescribed
by the laws of the state.
