§ 2-3. Filing fees of candidates for city office.

Latest version.

Any candidate seeking election to the following offices shall first pay a filing fee of $20.00 for those seeking the office of mayor and judge of the municipal court and $10.00 for those seeking the office of councilmember. Such fees shall be paid at the time the candidate requests his name be placed on the ballot.
