§ 110-238. Sale or disposal of vehicles.

It shall be the duty of the code enforcement officer to dispose of the junked vehicle by removal to a scrap yard or by sale to a demolisher for the highest bid or offer received for the vehicle, or to remove the vehicle to any suitable site operated by the city or county for processing as scrap, salvage or for demolition in accordance with V.T.C.A., Transportation Code § 683.078.
