§ 110-87. Traffic control signal.

  • The city council designates as traffic control signal intersections the intersections designated in the following schedule:

    (1)

    Signal lights only—Regulating traffic:

    a.

    Twenty-four-hours each day: Signals exhibiting green, yellow and red colored lights or colored lighted arrows as defined in V.T.C.A., Transportation Code § 544.007, regulating traffic 24 hours each day at:

    1.

    Main Street, Brazosport Boulevard, and Stratton Ridge Road.

    2.

    Kyle Road and Brazosport Boulevard.

    3.

    Plantation Drive and Brazosport Boulevard.

    4.

    Dixie Drive and State Highway 332.

    5.

    Main Street and State Highway 332.

    (2)

    Flashing lights only—Regulating traffic:

    a.

    Twenty-four-hours each day: Flashing red signals as defined V.T.C.A. Transportation Code, § 544.008, regulating traffic in all directions 24 hours each day at:

    1.

    Main Street and Old Angleton Road, Railroad Drive.

    2.

    Main Street and Shanks Street.

    (3)

    Signal lights and flashing lights—Regulating traffic:

    a.

    Combination signal and flashing lights during the day: Signals exhibiting green, yellow and red colored lights or colored lighted arrows as defined in V.T.C.A., Transportation Code § 544.007, regulating traffic in all directions from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and flashing red signals as defined in V.T.C.A., Transportation Code § 544.08 regulating traffic in all directions from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. the next day:

    1.

    Plantation Drive and Main Street.

    2.

    Plantation Drive and Shanks Street.

    3.

    Plantation Drive and Lazy Lane.
