§ 102-3. Jurisdiction.

As required by section 14.01 of the Charter and permitted by V.T.C.A., Local Government Code, all plats and subdivisions of land within the corporate limits of the city or within its extraterritorial jurisdiction as determined under V.T.C.A., Local Government Code ch. 42, shall conform to the rules and regulations contained in this chapter. Provided, however, the provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any portion of the city's extraterritorial jurisdiction which, pursuant to V.T.C.A., Local Government Code ch. 242, the city has entered into an agreement for the county to regulated the platting of subdivisions.
